ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Objectives:
To ensure effective construction quality control performance by the company, contractors and sub-contractors ensuring compliance with contract documents, applicable codes and manufacturing quality plans. Working through the whole cradle to grave process helping plan for bespoke Oil & Gas projects.
Job Specific Duties
ITP’s/QA plan maintenance — ensure the plan is kept up to date and necessary revisions are made.
Co-ordinate the paperwork associated with pre—qualifications of vendors on defined projects, including WPS, WPQR, welder quals, NDT process and operator quals.
Maintain the defined standards across the supply chain at the current revision.
Support the Welding Engineer in achieving pre-qualified vendors prior to work commences.
Co—ordination, expediting and close out of NCRs, where required the Client and 3rd Party involvement to be managed.
Assist with inspections and witnessing of tests as and when required.
Provide support with client QA when required.
Provide support and guidance to the engineering/production team as and when required.
Attend weekly client meetings as required.
Attend weekly internal project meetings as required.
Any other duties as directed by your line manager or a member of the SMT.
Note:
This role will include national and international travel. A driving licence will be required and is essential for the role.
