Role Overview

As a Product Management Coordinator, you will assist the product management team coordinating information to enable smooth management of our product portfolio to successfully drive business growth. You could be involved with any products within our portfolio, at any stage of its product lifecycle or helping coordinate in the discovery or development of new products.

You will help research the competitive landscape, collate product feature requirements & help analyse how products are performing with respect to market sectors, regions, or customers. You will collect & arrange data to aid in the drafting of business cases or specifications for new products. You will be involved in gathering information to form the marketing & sales strategies.

Within product introductions you will assist in the coordination of installation videos/animations, provide crucial information used to generate sales presentations & help with product training. You will help capture & organise product feedback internally & externally.

As a product management coordinator, you will enhance the product management function by coordinating tasks to ensure the product portfolio is managed effectively.

Person Specification

Ideally you should have experience working within a similar role, working directly with product managers or marketing / business management teams.

You will have commercial analytical skills and a basic commercial understanding.

Exceptional researching skills.

You will demonstrate the ability to compile a lot of information into coherent documentation that is understandable for a wide-ranging audience.

Strong organisational skills being able to coordinate a multitude of tasks.

High levels of attention to detail.

A quick learner with the capacity to retain & recall lots of information.

Experience of using Microsoft Office.

A highly personable character is required due to the high levels of collaboration with other departments, cultures and customers.
