Warehouse Operator Responsibilities

Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to daily schedule.

Receiving and processing warehouse stock products.

Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits.

Job brief

We are looking for a warehouse worker to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. 

Warehouse worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. 

The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.


Prepare and complete orders for delivery or customer collection according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).

Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).

Perform inventory controls and maintain high standards of quality for audits.

Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation.

Report any discrepancies.

Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.

Operate and perform pre-shift inspections for warehouse vehicles and equipment.

Maintain a focus on quality, service and standards.

Comply with all procedures, rules and regulations.


Proven working experience within a warehouse (or similar) environment.

Display basic IT skills and ability to accurately enter data onto carrier systems (order dispatch).

Familiarity with warehousing practices and methods.

Good organisational and time management skills.

Ability to lift heavy objects.

Preferably qualified with Reach Truck and Counterbalance FLT licenses.

Competent in English (spoken and written).

Full time after 12 weeks probation period with agency.
